As you become aware of the fact that you create your reality, you will then realise that tuning into the same thoughts and emotions each day has a limiting effect. This means you need to take the time to tune into the feelings you want to be feeling. This won’t make sense to the conditioned mind, the part thats been told we are finite and our brains dont change after the age of 35. Our brain in fact is malleable and has a plasticity that we can shape and mould. I’ve recently released a heart coherence technique that takes minutes and is a great tool to use every day to tune into the frequency of love and gratitude. Now, we can get things intellectually but if we don’t tune into the feeling of it then not a lot is going to change. Hence when people say “Oh i tried that but it didn’t work”, these practices do need to be implemented. Just like how we are influenced by the news around us, by the moods of the people, the energy of a place, we get influenced by what we consume.
So to create your future, you need to step out of the way you’ve done things. You need to change your internal environment, your habits and behaviours and these take time. Saying affirmations once or twice about wanting to be rich isn’t going to work but listening to them over and over again and taking action based on what it is you want and repeating that, committing to it, will - over some time - work. Have a listen to Joe Dispenza and all the work he’s done on analyzing, watching and studying brains and how they change after a 4-5 day event he puts on. Have a read of Becoming Supernatural and listen to Jay Shetty. These will give you more details on the why but if all you do is listen and not take any action or change into your life, things will stay the same.
Why do people stay in the same situation despite being unhappy? Because we are programmed to stay in the safety zone, its comfortable and the brain naturally wants to keep us safe. This is why there is all the talk about meeting your growth edge, stepping out of your comfort zone. It’s meant to challenge you and make you face your fears, it’s meant to wake up the part of you that’s longing for things to be different but is content to stay where it is as it’s safer. Even though you are unhappy.
